1.) Learn to Spot Phishing with Summer Technically Speaking Newsletter
Phishing emails have increased in recent months. Do you know how to spot them? The summer issue of IT’s quarterly newsletter, “Technically Speaking,” helps you recognize the signs of these fraudulent, potentially harmful emails. Also in the summer issue, learn more about the benefits of Plone 4, and face-to-face technology help through iTech Connect. 2.) Faculty: Take part in a hands-on approach to course (re)design
Noon - 2 p.m. July 11 Delphi Center, Ekstrom Library, Belknap Campus
This interactive session will provide you with the opportunity to think through the fundamentals of course design in a new way. Join Steve Dwinnells, Marie Kendall Brown and Patty Payette as they help you explore how to redesign or re-envision a course you are currently teaching, or tackle the design of a brand new course. A light lunch will be served. Note: space is limited to the first 10 registrants.
