Here's what to expect at this week's farmers markets on the HSC and Belknap campuses:

FARMERS MARKET HIGHLIGHTS FOR JUNE 12, 2014

Gray Street Farmers Market

10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Make sure to check out all of the great greens that are in season this week. If you’re in the mood for a good meal, pull together some of your favorite veggies from the market and cook this Asian-themed stir fry for dinner sometime this week. Don’t be scared to veer away from the recipe, just use whatever ingredients you can find at the market – it will be delicious!

Debbie Stice, an employee at Frazier Rehab, won the $25 gift certificate to spend at the Gray Street Farmers Market. Please stop by the information booth to register for next month’s drawing.
