The 2019 Social Change Lecture Series will focus on “Dismantling Inequalities”.
The series will include lectures related to the philosophical perspectives of inequality, as well as how policy making, grassroots organizing, and a public health framework can be used to dismantle inequalities.
The lecture series is sponsored every Spring by the Social Change Minor, which promotes student engagement in community action and social change processes by examining societal problems through a social responsibility lens.
Free and open to the public.
