Student Grievance OfficerAny students who believe they have been treated unfairly, discriminated against, or have had their rights abridged may initiate a grievance within one year from the event giving rise to the complaint. http://louisville.edu/dos/help/studentgrievance Clery and Minger ReportsThe University of Louisville Police Department (ULPD) publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASR) which discloses crime statistics, security information, and fire safety to comply with the Federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and Kentucky’s Michael Minger Act. These acts require colleges and universities to alert the campus community to certain crimes in a timely manner which will aid in the prevention of similar crimes. The intent of such alerts regarding a criminal incident is to enable people to protect themselves. The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report includes policies, procedures, education, and services information. This allows all families, students, and employees to be aware of their safety environment and be best prepared in the event of an emergency. louisville.edu/police/clery-crime-report Did You Know?Based on YOUR responses to the S4, the Dean of Students Office and the Writing Center improved their outreach and marketing to better serve you!
