Daily Cardinal Self-Check ReminderDid you complete your daily, anonymous Cardinal Self-Check today? Remember, this helps keep our campus healthy and safe during the pandemic. All university members are expected to complete their Cardinal Self-Check assessment every day, especially if you are coming to campus.
Reminder: Required Testing Oct. 5 through Oct. 23All faculty, staff and students who come to campus must get tested again once between Monday, Oct. 5, and Friday, Oct. 23. Keep these things in mind about the testing requirement: - Schedule your testing appointment here.
- If you are
experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, do not schedule a test with Bluewater Lab. Instead, call Campus Health Services at 502-852-6479 to set up a rapid antigen testing appointment.
- If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 90 days, you do not need to get tested during this required timeframe.
- If you are not coming to campus at all, you are exempt from this testing requirement but fill out this web form to
ensure the university is aware you are attending classes and/or working entirely remotely.
- Bluewater Lab provides molecular testing for asymptomatic university members. Campus Health provides antigen testing for symptomatic university members. Learn more about the differences between testing types.
