Everyone Can Make Thanksgiving 2020 SaferWhile Thanksgiving is an important tradition for many, we must remember that COVID-19 cases are increasing rapidly across the state and country. The pandemic is worsening and we each need to do our part to stop the spread. The safest way to celebrate Thanksgiving this year is to stay at home and don't travel. If you do, make your celebration safer by following the university’s and the CDC’s precautions listed below. Celebrate VirtuallyDid you know it's free to set up a basic Zoom account? On Thanksgiving Day, Zoom will be lifting its 40-minute limit for all meetings so users can stay safe at home and celebrate virtually with family and friends. You can go to zoom.us to create an account and set up a Thanksgiving video conference. Travel Safe, Travel SmartTravel increases your chance of getting and spreading COVID-19. Staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others. If you do decide to travel, remember:
