Flu Shot RequirementFlu shots are required for all faculty, staff and students who are coming to campus. You can still get a free flu shot with Campus Health Services at one of these locations. Many symptoms of the flu are also symptoms of COVID-19. If more people are vaccinated for the flu, it will allow our healthcare system to remain agile this season. If you have already had a flu shot with an off-campus provider, if you are not coming to campus or if you are seeking an exemption, complete this waiver form. Events and MeetingsAll events and meetings should be virtual unless it is necessary to be in person. If you must organize an event or meeting on campus, remember:
Visits and ToursVisits and tours on campus should be postponed unless they are essential. If it is indeed essential for you to host a visitor on campus, you must follow the COVID-19 Requirements for Hosts and you are responsible for ensuring your visitor(s) review the Requirements for Visitors prior to their arrival on campus. Dec. 2 through Thurs., Dec. 17 the SRC will operate on a schedule of 9 AM to 9 PM weekdays, 11 AM to 5 PM Saturdays and 1 PM to 7 PM Sundays. On Friday, Dec. 18 the SRC will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM. The SRC will then be closed for Winter Break.
