Ice Hockey Club Hosts Xavier Saturday

Try our Demo Assault Air Runner
Stop by the SRC and try out our Assault Air Runner and the Assault Bike. This are non-motorized treadmill and bike will go as fast as you make it go. Great for interval training. Let us know what you think. Try it before February 15.

This weeks Lifting Technique and Development featured lift is the Deadlift. Learn how to safely complete various forms of this lift. This Thursday 6-7pm in Rm. 200 in the SRC. All classes are free.

There is a University Alert System that will text you or email you when there is an emergency on campus. Go to: louisville.edu/alerts ALSO, there is a RAVE Gaurdian Safety App for your phone. You can instantly dial 911 or UofL Police, send a tip if you see a crime happening, or set a timer to alert your friends and police if you are late in arriving to a pre-determined destination.
