IMPORTANT STUDENT REFUND INFORMATION:
The contractual agreement between BankMobile and University of Louisville ended on March 1, 2019. Nelnet Student Choice Refunds is our current contracted refunding partner.
SELECT YOUR OPTION NOW - We offer an easy way to get your refund each semester if money is due back to you. You choose how we send you your money: Direct Deposit (3-5 business days) or Reloadable Debit Card (3-5 business days).
SIGN UP VIA ULink - You will need to create an account with Nelnet and then enroll in a refund method so that you will be prepared to receive any future refunds. Log in to the Student Portal via ULink. Click on the Student Services Tab > Tuition-Fees > Student Refunds. In Student Center click Nelnet icon labeled “Select Refund Method.” This will direct you to the Nelnet site. On your first visit, follow the prompts to Create an Account with Nelnet. Next, select “Manage Refunds” to Enroll in a Refund Method. Fill in the necessary information. Your refund will then be sent using the option you selected. SRC Summer Hours
Summer hours in the SRC will continue through Sunday, August 18. Fall hours will begin on Monday, August 19. Summer hours are weekdays 9 AM to 10 PM, Saturdays 11 AM to 5 PM and Sundays 1 PM to 7 PM.
