Central Park Spring Improvement Day
Volunteers are needed to help with the Central Park Spring 2018 Improvement Day, Saturday April 14 from 8:30am to noon. The Old Louisville Neighborhood Council, Brightside, Metro Parks, Olmsted Parks Conservancy and Councilman David James are sponsoring the event. Plans call for general cleaning up of Central Park, including mulching, trimming, planting and limited amount of painting. Volunteers will meet at the Old Louisville Neighborhood & Visitors Center in Central Park at 8:30 am, refreshments and lunch provided. The project is an excellent opportunity for RSO’s, Greek and/or Sustainability groups to make a difference and gain 3.5 hours public service credit. Facebook

Racquetball Club in The SRC
The UofL Racquetball Club meets for competitive practice and instruction. Practices are held weekly on the SRC courts on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm, and Saturday afternoons 12-2pm. Free for all UofL students and open to all ages and skill levels. Website.
