IMPORTANT INFORMATIONDerby Hours at the SRCThe SRC will be open the following hours for Derby Weekend: SRC summer hours and membershipStarting Tuesday, April 25, the Student Recreation Center will begin Summer hours of operation. Not going to be a student this summer, but want to continue using the SRC? Summer memberships for spring students or who are registered for the fall, are available for $50. Memberships become available Monday, May 1 in the SRC Office and go into effect on May 8. All IDs must be valid to enter the SRC starting Monday, May 15. The Passport Place has extended summer hoursThe Passport Place at UofL has extended hours for the summer. We will be open 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on Saturday. No appointment needed. ACADEMICSAccelerated MPH degree program for any majorOption allows a student to complete any undergraduate major and the Master of Public Health (MPH) over a five-year period. Eligible students must have earned a minimum of 75 credit hours and a cumulative GPA of 3.25 by their sixth undergraduate semester and submit required materials by Feb 1. Get more information here. WHAT'S HAPPENINGNoche de Familia Y AmigosJoin the Hispanic/Latinx & Indigenous Initiatives (HLII) at the Jim Patterson Stadium for Noche de Familia y Amigos on May 2 from 5–7 p.m. Baseball vs. Bellarmine. Cultural Center Graduation CelebrationThe Cultural Center Graduation Celebration takes place May 11 at 6 p.m. in the SAC Ballroom. May, Summer, and December graduates are encouraged to attend with friends and family. Enjoy a festive atmosphere with music, a keynote, and individual recognition. RSVP is only needed for graduates.
