All Students Required to Enroll in UL2FCTR / DuoUofL will be requiring UL2FCTR (Duo) authentication for login to the Student System (on ULink) after March 10, 2024. This is separate from your university userID andpassword. You must first enroll to create an account in order to use UL2FCTR (Duo) when required. Enroll in UofL’s Duo to set your account preferences. Using a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device, log into our system with your UofL userID and password.
The enrollment process registers you in our UL2FCTR / Duo and sets your preferred two-step confirmation process. You can download the free mobile app for easy verification, set up a text or SMS confirmation code option or provide your preferred phone number for confirmation calling. It also is recommended to set more than one choice for an alternative option.

Alcohol PolicyIf UofL students at least 21 years of age decide to drink alcohol, the university explicitly counsels only low-risk use and condemns the misuse and abuse of alcohol. Read the policy here. Tips and Advice to Avoid Being ScammedCollege students are a vulnerable population for scammers. There are scams that
have been created specifically to target the college population. Scammers want you to make decisions in a hurry. Before you give up your money or personal information to anyone, slow down, check out the story, do an online search, consult an expert, or discuss it with a family member or friend. For additional information on how to avoid being victimized by scams, go to the Student Handbook and read Scams, Advice, and Tips.
NaloxBoxes, Opioid Rescue Kits, are Now Installed on Belknap CampusBRICC and ULPD are excited to announce the installation of 28 NaloxBoxes on the Belknap Campus. The NaloxBoxes contain the FDA approved drug, Narcan, which reverses an opioid poisoning. BRICC will maintain the boxes and refill when empty. Faculty, staff and students can scan the QR code on the sign next to the box, to request a refill. Boxes can be found next to the elevators in each residence hall, and in select buildings throughout on the Belknap Campus. Faculty, staff and students can schedule Narcan Training by submitting a BRICC program request here.

Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) ApplicationsThe Summer Research Opportunity Program (SROP) provides University of Louisville undergraduate students an intensive 10-week research experience with a faculty mentor in any discipline. This year’s program will run from May 20 to July 30, 2024. Students will receive a stipend of $3,500, and faculty mentors will receive $500 to support the student's scholarly activities. UofL Community Gardens Survey Grad student Morgan Early is researching participation in and desires for UofL's community gardens. The survey is anonymous and takes less than 5 minutes. Students are all encouraged to submit responses through 3/1, regardless of familiarity with the UofL gardens.
