Things to know about Recognized Student OrganizationsThe University of Louisville hosts 458 student organizations covering a wide variety of student interests. These groups provide a wonderful opportunity to become involved in campus life and to connect with other students on campus. Check it out here. Graduating Student Surveys open through 12/15 Are you graduating this semester? Check your UofL email and fill out the Graduating Student Survey (GSS) to tell us about your academic major and UofL experience! This important survey helps us improve all that UofL has to offer. Your voice matters. Holiday Safety TipsWith the changing of seasons comes new opportunities to learn about safety. Please read and follow these tips as they are relevant to current happenings here on campus. - Do you have a bicycle on campus? Thieves want it. Make sure you keep it locked. Rent a "U" lock from SGA through the FREE bike lock rental program. You are also required to register it with the university so it can be returned to you when it’s found. See the Bicycle Information/Registration website for details.
- Shopping for friends and family? So are thieves. Carry your valuables out of sight and lock all doors, always.
- It’s going to be cold soon. Keep your buildings free from uninvited guests. Make sure you are not letting "tailgaters" through the door on your card swipe and report trespassers immediately.
- You are busy, distracted and may be forgetful. Take a minute - like right now - to photograph the make, model and serial numbers of your electronics, then send the photos to someone in the event they go missing. The chances of you and your property celebrating a happy holiday reunion goes way up if you can provide those details.
- Celebrate safely by using designated drivers, watching out for your friends and promptly calling 502-852-6111 to report anyone needing help.
