Have a great summer CARDS!IMPORTANT INFORMATIONNotice of Data BreachEducational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI), the University of Louisville’s tuition tax form vendor, informed the UofL Bursar’s Office that ECSI was the target of a data breach which may have exposed personal data of some current and former students who received a Form 1098-E or Form 1098-T. Twenty-five students whose social security numbers were exposed have been notified by both the university and ECSI, and ECSI will provide the option for free credit/ID monitoring to those individuals. No university systems were impacted by this incident. Nevertheless, the university will continue to review policies and procedures both on campus and among our various
vendors, to protect your information. Duo/UL2FCTR Coming Soon to BlackboardDuo/UL2FCTR, UofL’s two-factor authentication system, will be added to Blackboard on June 11 to increase data security. Duo has already been added to some campus systems such as ULink. Please ensure you are already enrolled in Duo and kept the app, or enroll now before June 11. Pedestrian Improvement Project Open HouseThe UofL is designing a project to improve vehicular safety, traffic operations, and pedestrian safety and connectivity on the northwest side of Belknap Campus, primarily along 2nd and 3rd Streets from Eastern Parkway to W. Cardinal Boulevard. An information meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the SAC, W118. The public will have the opportunity to comment at the meeting or online here through May 23, 2024. Cardinal Cupboard Summer HoursBeginning April 29, the Cardinal Cupboard will be open weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m.–5 p.m. in SAC W312. Closed on Fridays and weekends. The pantry will be closed from July 1 to August 19. The Grab & Go Program will remain available all summer for those in need. Learn more here.
