Last Broga Class of Semester
Thursday, April 30 at 6 PM will be the last Broga (Bro Yoga) but anyone can watch for the semester. Join Liz on Instagram Live @ULSRC for 30 minutes of stretching, strengthening and decompressing from your day.

Are you getting bored? The SRC has challenges for you during May. We will send out weekly challenges during May for you to do, post them on social media and tag us on Twitter @IMFit_UL or Instagram @ulsrc. Shirts will be awarded for those who post activities.

Intramural 5K!
If you want to receive an Intramural T-shirt, there is a super easy way to do it! All you have to do is run a 5K (3.1 miles), screenshot your route from your phone, and tag us on twitter @UL_IMS. This goes from April 27-May 3!

For the next 3 weeks we will be hosting the Intramural Trifecta. This consists of a 5k,10k, and 15k. Post your routes and tag us on Twitter (@UL_IMS) to receive special prizes.

A. UofL has a Student Parent Association that provides support for student parents. Find out more about the organization on their website. There are also several campus resources available which are listed here.
