Thank you for your interest in the COVID-19 Vaccine Study. We are conducting a research study to learn about the COVID-19 vaccination intentions of LGBTQ+ people.

Why are we conducting this study?
We value your thinking; you can help us understand the decisions LGBTQ people make when deciding if they will get vaccinated. Information you provide will help us prepare materials to support people choosing whether to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
How do I sign-up?
The first step is to complete this screening survey about COVID-19 vaccination decisions.
The first step is to complete this screening survey about COVID-19 vaccination decisions. It takes about 5 to10 minutes to complete. Please make sure to include your name and email. If you qualify for the study, we will contact you by email so you can pick a convenient day/time to be interviewed.
How long will it take?
Survey responses will be reviewed quickly. Anyone who qualifies for participating in an interview will be contacted by email as soon as possible.
How would I be paid?
After you participate in a virtual interview which takes about 60 minutes, you would receive $40 Amazon gift card.

This study is conducted by Drs. Ryan Combs and Scott LaJoie of the University of Louisville School of Public Health & Information Sciences.
