Dean signs letter urging for prevention in new cancer initiative
Dean of the School of Public Health & Information Sciences, Craig Blakely, Ph.D., M.P.H., signed a letter with 71 other public health deans urging Vice President Biden to consider public health prevention efforts as part of the new Cancer Moonshot initiative aimed at reducing cancer mortality in the United States. Blakely spoke WFPL about his reasons.
