Duke Appiah accepts post-doctoral fellowship
Congratulations to Duke Appiah, doctoral candidate in the Department of Epidemiology and Population Health, who has accepted a post-doctoral fellowship with the University of Minnesota Training Program in Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention beginning July 1, 2013. This program, directed by Aaron Folsom, MD, MPH, is funded by a T32 training grant from the NIH National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI).

The following students were elected to serve as SPHIS Student Council officers in 2013-14:
