Herbed Pork Chops

Makes 4 servings.


  • 4 pork loin chops, ¾ inch thick
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (chives, basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary -- any combination)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Italian dressing


  1. Place chops in a re-sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add dressing and herbs; seal and refrigerate 8 to 24 hours.
  3. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Grill chops over medium-high heat (or broil 4 inches from heat) for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once.
