Garlic Seasoned Roasted Potatoes


  • 1.5lb small new red potatoes (or local variety of your choices), cleaned, dried and diced into fourths
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp minced garlic (or 4 cloves crushed – add more if you love garlic!)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 Tbls. Fresh)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your oil, garlic and rosemary.
  3. Add in potatoes and toss well
  4. Place potatoes evenly on a large baking pan.
  5. Bake for 40 min until potatoes are tender enough to cut with a knife
  6. Serve warm
