Garlic Seasoned Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1.5lb small new red potatoes (or local variety of your choices), cleaned, dried and diced into fourths
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 4 tsp minced garlic (or 4 cloves crushed – add more if you love garlic!)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (or 1 Tbls. Fresh)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your oil, garlic and rosemary.
- Add in potatoes and toss well
- Place potatoes evenly on a large baking pan.
- Bake for 40 min until potatoes are tender enough to cut with a knife
- Serve warm
