Cheesy Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, chopped into “dipping sticks”
  • 8oz Greek yogurt cream cheese (Kroger brand used)
  • 8oz Sour Cream (natural variety used)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced (or 1 Tbsp. jarred minced garlic)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add all dip ingredients and mix until cream cheese is smooth.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
  3. Serve dip chilled with bell pepper sticks
