Undergraduate & Graduate Research

Ph.D. and M.S. students are critical to all of our research programs. As they pursue their degree, graduate students make important contributions to research projects in their home department. Our cross-discipline research centers and institutes allow students to broaden their knowledge by working side-by-side with students from different departments.

SSoE has a limited number of graduate research fellowships to support doctoral students.  Fellowships are a one-year award renewable up to four years.  Fellowship offers include a $22,000/yr stipend, full tuition, and health insurance.  Fellowship renewal is contingent on satisfactory progress toward PhD degree.

Numerous Fellowship Opportunities are available at the J.B. Speed School of Engineering.
