Arsalan Paleshi

Assistant Professor, Industrial Engineering


Dr. Paleshi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Louisville. His research emphasis lies in healthcare systems engineering, decision analysis, and simulation modeling. He was awarded a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Social Economics Systems Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran. Dr. Paleshi holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Louisville. His doctoral work focused on the development of simulation-based optimization models for mitigation of pandemic influenza. Dr. Paleshi's past experience includes working for UPS - Supply Chain Solutions as an Industrial Engineer.
