Queen candidate Katie Gardner, is a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering. She is sponsored by Speed School Student Council. Katie is a member of Speed School Student Council, Society of Women Engineers, Relay For Life Executive Board, and Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity For Women.

King candidate Jody Heil, a  Mechanical Engineering major, is sponsored by Triangle Fraternity. He is active as Student Government Association Academic Vice President, Resident Assistant At Community Park, Lead Engineer For UofL’s Design Team For Kosair Children's Hospital.

King candidate David Osborne, a Civil Engineering major, is sponsored by Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is a member of Order Of Omega, and Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society.

UofL will crown the 2011 Homecoming King and Queen during halftime of the football game Saturday, Oct. 29. Congratulations and good luck to our Speed School students!
