AS IT IS STATED HERE AND ENFORCED BY THE FACULTY OF THE CIVIL & ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED WITHIN A CEE DEGREE PROGRAM MUST BE ADVISED BY THEIR DESIGNATED ADVISER EACH AND EVERY SEMESTER (SPRING, SUMMER, AND FALL). ADVISING HOLDS WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL THE STUDENT HAS BEEN PROPERLY ADVISED AND THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM COORDINATOR HAS APPROVED THE ADVISED COURSES.
All incoming students into the Civil & Environmental Engineering program will be advised by the Department of Engineering Fundamentals. Please click here for more information.
If you have already been admitted into the department (your Basic Studies application has been approved and you have received a welcome letter from the CEE Department), you will be advised under the direction of Dr. C.R. Ullrich.
If you have completed your undergraduate coursework and have been admitted into the masters program (your Application for Admissions to Graduate Studies has been approved and you have received an acceptance letter from the J.B. Speed School Office of Academic Affairs), you will be advised by one of the four graduate advisers depending on the area in which you want to concentrate your graduate studies on.
If you have any questions regarding advising, please contact the Academic Program Coordinator
