Students are invited to virtual Sociology's Alumni Career Panel, Friday, April 2 (1-2 and 2-3)

Students are welcome to join the Department of Sociology's Alumni Career Panel, which will be held this Friday, April 2 (1-2 and 2-3).  Several alumni will speak during the first hour (from around 1:15-1:55 or so) and then they will join other alumni during the second hour (2-3) for a Q&A session. If you have a question you would like for the alum to answer during the Q&A, please submit it here prior to the event.  Please join us for a great opportunity to learn about career paths for sociology students, insights into graduate school and the job market, and networking with our alumni.  You can access both events via this Teams invitation.

For more information about careers in sociology and/or things to consider as students apply to graduate school, visit this page  Students are also welcome to contact Dr. Jonetta Weber, Director of Academic Services & Advisor for Undergraduate and Graduate Programs in Sociology, to discuss further how they might use their degree in sociology or about their plans for graduate school.
