Clinical Coordination

Study coordination services begin with the site initiation and end with the study close. Coordinator services include the following:

  • Coordinates initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
  • Obtains and creates needed source documents
  • Completes paper or electronic case report forms (CRFs)
  • Screens, recruits, and schedules patients and healthy volunteers
  • Conducts study visits and coordinates procedures
  • Handles investigational materials (drug/device accountability and administration)
  • Processes, packs, and ships specimens
  • Coordinates hospital departments as needed
  • Reports subject participation and payment
  • Resolves data queries
  • Reporting of External SAEs
  • Reporting of Local SAEs
