Cardinal Cupboard Paid Internship
The food pantry is a free resource to those in the Cardinal community, and its goal is to increase access for our patrons to free healthy food options and personal care items in order to reduce their financial burden. The Cardinal Cupboard is seeking candidates with good communication and helping skills. The graduate intern will advise and supervise a team of student leaders and student workers. It is important for candidates to be able to delegate duties, but also assist student leaders and student workers with tasks essential to the success of the program.
This is a 20 hour per week commitment. It is preferable that the hours be completed during pantry business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm). The hourly pay rate is $15.00. Click here for a full position description.
The Council of State Governments Internships
The Council of State Governments (www.csg.org) is the nation’s only nonpartisan and nonprofit membership organization serving all three branches of state government. CSG works with legislators to share best practices in policy and programming across all 50 states, as well as the territories. They are currently looking for fellows, both graduate and undergraduate, to work over the summer and during the school year. Fellows would conduct research on a variety of policy areas including workforce development, health, disability policy, education, and a number of other topic areas. They may also have the opportunity to work with state policy makers from all over the United States. Fellowships are paid and open to all. We are looking for driven, engaged, and dedicated students interested in political science, policy, economics, and any other areas relevant to our work.

The National Council on U.S. - Arab Relations D.C. Summer Internship
It offers undergraduate and graduate students a ten-week professional, academic, and career opportunity internship in the nation's capital.
