Emeriti Faculty, Retired Staff and Instructors

Melvin E. Greer

Professor Emeritus

Melvin retired from the University in 1998 after thirty-seven years at U of L and the transition enabled him and his partner Tony Trulock to focus their attention on their lake front property in western Kentucky. Lots of time for reading but keeping the buildings, roads, and machinery in repair is a full time job. The result is acres of well-mowed grass and beautiful fences. It’s the life of a philosopher turned country squire.
