Admission Requirements

Anyone seeking admission to University of Louisville, for purposes of pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning must submit:

  • Completed undergraduate application
  • Payment of $25 non-refundable application fee
  • Official transcripts for all college credits earned at a regionally accredited institution
  • Proof of a minimum GPA of 2.5 - required to be admitted in good standing. Applicants with a 2.0- 2.4 GPA may obtain conditional admission.

In order to gain admission to the B.S. OLL program, students must have prior college experience or an associates degree and a minimum of five (5) years extensive workplace experience and/or military or industry training.

Preferred Application Deadlines

  • July 1 for fall term admission.
  • December 1 for spring term admission.
  • April 1 for summer term admission.
  • Note: Applicants are encouraged to work on and submit their complete application well in advance of the preferred deadline, as obtaining transcripts, test scores and other materials may take more time. Applications submitted or completed after the preferred deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis for the next available start/term.

Non-degree Students

Non-degree status is also an option for individuals who are interested in “testing the waters” or simply taking an online course.

Credit Transfer

UofL offers all general education requirements online. You may transfer credits from any regionally accredited university to fulfill these requirements. Students who have been enrolled at a KCTCS school and have fulfilled all general education requirements can have them transferred in their entirety and may begin immediately with online upper level coursework at UofL.
