Last month, Assistant Professor Paul Clark spoke at the third-annual Distinguished Nursing Lecture at Baltimore's Sinai Hospital.

The talk was titled “Donning Your Personal Resilience Equipment: Nurses and Engagement in a Challenging Healthcare Environment.”

Clark's research centers on health services, developing and deepening the concept of resilience, moral distress and workplace engagement with a long-term goal of developing and implementing interventions that improve resilience.
