Deaconess Hospital seeks two mid-level providers to join its successful group of six physicians and three mid-level providers. The salaried, full-time, rotating schedule includes hospital, outpatient pulmonary clinic and sleep center coverage, including limited weekends and holidays. - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday (9:00 am - 6:45 pm once every other week).

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
- Experienced ACNP (minimum one year as ACNP).
- New Graduate ACNP with minimum two years nursing experience.
- FNP with minimum two years nursing experience, of which one year must be ICU.
- Must agree to enroll in accredited ACNP within two years of hire and complete program within three years of starting the program.
- PA-C with minimum one year experience, with full prescriptive authority.

CHC is currently seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner. The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for evaluating, diagnose and treat employees and determine appropriate medical direction including off-site referrals/diagnostic testing. The Family Nurse Practitioner is also responsible for:
- Wellness coaching and advising
- Ability to collaborate with the PCP around wellness outcomes for high risk members to create personal health plan, and drive positive behavior changes
- Participate in marketing activities tied to wellness, and partner with the benefits team to create awareness around wellness
- Current active Family Nurse Practitioner license
- Three years of Occupational Health, Primary Care, or Urgent Care experience as a FNP
- Proficient computer skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Deaconess Clinic and IU Health are partnering together and seeking a part-time family nurse practitioner (48 hours/pay period) to provide health care services at the on-site clinic at Flanders Electric, which is due to open April 1, 2014. The position will provide health care services to employees and family members of Flanders Electric at their on-site clinic and may occasionally work at the Deaconess Comp Center and Deaconess Urgent Care Centers as needed.
- Mondays: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Tuesdays: 1:00 – 6:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Thursdays: 1:00 – 6:00 pm
The nurse practitioner will see approximately three (3) patients per hour in a family practice environment. A physician will work two (2) hours on Mondays with the nurse practitioner.
Fully integrated EMR system (Epic). Deaconess Hospital will provide the lab services.
IU Health will manage the operations, so the nurse practitioner will work closely with their team, in addition to Deaconess. There is a strong wellness environment within Flanders Electric. They will have a wellness coach at the clinic who is a nurse and will work closely with the clinic providers and staff to integrate their wellness initiatives into the clinic.

A new graduate or experienced NP needed in a very busy internal medicine practice in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Excellent clinical skills and personality desired with a good working knowledge of computers and an EMR. Starting salary is competitive with a year end bonus potential. Malpractice insurance and credentialing is paid plus $500 per year given for CME's, $50 per month for cell phone, paid vacation and holidays.
