Directions to Submit Annual Performance Reviews


Completed Annual Performance Reviews for all department facultyare due to the Office of Faculty Affairs and Advancement no later than April 1ST of each year.  Submission of these annual work plans will need to be turned in separately for each faculty member through the Interfolio template named “Annual Performance Review Submission”

  • Progress toward promotion and/or Periodic Career Review be addressed in the annual evaluation, if applicable.
  • Annual reviews and SIBUP evaluations must evaluate faculty performance under the distribution of effort indicated in the annual work plan of the year in review.
  • The evaluation should address whether expectations for the year were met and if any areas are found to be unsatisfactory. 
  • Signatures: Both Department Chair and faculty member signatures are included on the evaluation.
