Background

Dr. Michelle Stevenson is currently Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Emergency Medicine. She completed residency training at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2000 and fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in 2003. She also holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the University of Cincinnati. She serves as Director of Research Development for the Department of Pediatrics.


Research Interests

  • Medical education and mentorship (trainee scholarly activity and faculty development)
  • Clinical research in pediatric emergency medicine (bronchiolitis, appendicitis, skin and soft tissue infections)
  • Health Services Research (underserved populations)
