Learning Objectives: 1) Review important history pearls in the diagnosis of neurogenetic disorders; 2) Review importance of the cranial nerve exam in the diagnosis of particular neurogenetic disorders; 3) Review the importance of the gait exam in the diagnosis of particular neurogenetic disorders; 4) Review the importance of the reflex exam in evaluation of the pediatric patient with hypotonia.
