Learning Objectives:

1) Discover pathways into a new way of understanding some of the emerging broad social, political, economic, technological, and environmental trends and to develop the skills, insights, and knowledge that may impact their effectiveness as a manager, team leader, and individual between now and the year 2034;

2) Highlight some of the cultural trends that shape the future -- pandemics; social movements (e.g. Black Lives Matter); the erosion of social trust; changes in racial and ethnic demographics; the increasing prevalence of social media; 3) Assess your self-awareness and capacity to adapt your approach to management & leadership in the future.
