I'm originally from Missouri. I love spending time outside: riding my mountain bike or motorcycle, going backpacking, or looking at the stars.

Why did you choose Neurology?

I've wanted to study the brain since college. My first impression was the incredible organization of the visual system in the geniculate pathways and the visual cortex. Every day brings new puzzles and opportunities for learning. I love working side-by-side with the team here, who carry a passion for learning and caring for patients with complex neurologic disorders.
