Getting to know Lauren: With a background in family medicine and a passion for compassionate, relationship-centered care, Lauren brings rich experience from both skilled nursing facilities and hospice settings. Before medical school, she spent time as an activities assistant in a skilled nursing facility and cared for her grandfather with advanced dementia—an experience that shaped her dedication to palliative care.

She's a proud dog mom to two Saint Bernards (Bernie and Nelson), a hockey superfan (Go Avalanche!), and a lover of Broadway musicals, classic comedies, and 70s Yacht Rock.
