Hello Hospice and Palliative Social Work Professional,

We request your assistance with completing a job analysis survey concerning the activities you perform in the hospice and palliative social work profession. To be eligible to participate in this survey, you must be currently or recently practicing in this specialty area.

This job analysis will support an evidence-based hospice and palliative social work certification program, which will include an objective multiple-choice examination.

Based on responses you and other hospice and palliative social workers provide, a certification examination will be developed which includes relevant tasks, skills, and knowledge related to performing hospice and palliative social work. By completing the survey, you have an important opportunity to make a direct contribution to your profession. The information you submit in the survey will be confidential.
