Travel Clinic Services

Pre-Travel Counseling

For international travelers, we provide personalized service focusing on the countries to be visited, activities anticipated, type of lodging, season of travel, and personal health history.

Vaccines, preventive medication for malaria, and treatment for travelers' diarrhea are part of our routine pre-travel care. In preparation for your visit with us, you are welcome to complete a medical history form and bring it with you.

Patient Medical History Form with Directions to Travel Clinic

If you have any vaccine records, please bring them with you. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must bring a copy of their current immunization certificate.

Immunizations

All FDA-approved vaccines are available for adults and children.

In-Travel Access

On occasion, a traveler may need access to a healthcare provider. For any emergency, always contact a healthcare provider as close to you as possible. The US Embassy or consulate may be able to help you.

For non-emergent questions, our patients can access us through virtual connections. Please ask about this service during your pre-travel visit.

Post-Travel Evaluation

If you are ill following an international trip, contact your primary care provider. That provider may refer you to us for evaluation or treatment.

Contact the clinic for an appointment. We will ask that your primary care provider send us records from their initial evaluation so we can review them prior to an appointment with us.
