Programming

Purpose Statement:

Establishes the programming content and schedule for SMART monthly meetings. Arranges monthly speakers or other program presenters and assesses effectiveness of program topics and staff programming needs and interests. Monthly meetings include presentations on topics related to information sharing, professional development, personal enrichment, collective troubleshooting, work life balance, affiliation, strategic planning, talent teaming and pooling, communication, mentoring, technical skills, and introduction to new technologies.
