University of Louisville, Division of Dermatology Spring Meeting 2018 - April 20, 2018

This year the focus of our course is on Pediatric Dermatology. The meeting will begin with presentation of patients with dermatologic problems that are challenging in terms of diagnosis, management or are classic examples of diseases seen in children. Since the focus is on diseases of children, the patients presented will likely be those with Genodermatoses, inflammatory or neoplastic conditions. Examination of the patients will be followed by a discussion in which relevant pathology is discussed as well as diagnostic and management considerations. The case discussion will be followed by a one-hour lecture delivered by our visiting professor, Moise Levy, MD from Dell Children’s Hospital and the University of Texas, Austin on “Pediatric Dermatology Potpourri.” The session will conclude with a CLIA test.
