    High School

    Claire is a 2015 graduate of duPont Manual High School. She was heavily involved in the youth advocacy and policy development programs through the the YMCA. She was a policy author for three years in Metro Youth Advocates. She was part of their Youth Board junior and senior year and acted as an assistant program developer her senior year. Through this work and her work through KYA and KUNA, Claire earned her spot as one of less than thirty 2015 YMCA National Advocacy Days Youth Representatives and Advocates. Claire is also extremely compassionate and serves her community well. She was the 2014 Kentucky National Child Awareness Month Kentucky Ambassador and Grant Recipient and received the inaugural Serving with Compassion Award for Louisville Youth. Claire is also a 2015 National Security Initiative for Youth Scholar. She spent six weeks studying Arabic immersion style in Morocco.
