Professor Smith presents at China conference on U.S. bitcoin regulations

Professor Lars Smith recently returned from a quick trip to China, where he presented on "State and Federal Regulation of Bitcoin in the United States" as part of the broader topic of the evolution of trademark law in the U.S.

His presentation was part of the Brand Economics and Trademark System subforum of the 2015 IPR Nanhu Forum: International Confernce on Building a Powerful IPR Country.

Professor Smith also gave a lecture at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing on the development of trade dress in the U.S. (called 3D trademarks in China).
