Brandeis Law alumni recognized by Best Lawyers 2018

Three Brandeis School of Law alumni, also partners at law firm Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, have been recognized by Best Lawyers as Lawyers of the Year for the publication’s 2018 edition

Best Lawyers is the oldest peer-review publication in the legal profession. Only one lawyer in each practice area in a given community is honored as the Lawyer of the Year.

McDonald McClure, Brandeis Law Class of 1985, concentrates her practice on provider compliance with applicable fraud, waste and abuse laws; HIPAA; pharmacy board licensure; Medicare reimbursement, payment methodologies, audits and overpayment demands; Medicare secondary payer rules; Medicare and Medicaid enrollment; clinical trial contracting and regulatory compliance; Medicare meaningful use and other quality data initiatives as well as information security incidents.

Seay, Brandeis Law Class of 1973, concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental, mineral, natural resources and administrative law.
