Kea Middleton is an Administrative Assistant in the Law Resource Center, providing administrative support to the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law faculty, deans, staff and students. She is accompanied by Ms. Rita Siegwald, who shares the same responsibilities.
The LRC Directors strive to provide exceptional customer service, produce accurate materials and effectively meet desired timelines. They have a wide range of duties from answering the phones, relaying messages, processing reports (travel, conference, classroom observations, etc.), ensuring that the divisions stay on task with their timelines, managing the law school calendar, filing, maintaining calendars for travel and sorting and prioritizing the mail.
The LRC maintains an inventory of school and instructional supplies, orders textbooks, works with external vendors and manages equipment, and oversees the mailroom, student folders and other areas within the law school.
Middleton is a graduate of University of Louisville with a degree in Justice Administration. She joined UofL Law in 2012. She is also an active mother of one and volunteers her time in the community on the basis of women empowerment. Her other passions include cooking, dancing and being a mentor to her son.
