KEEPS Accomplishments

KEEPS - Kentucky Energy Efficiency Program for Schools - was a highly successful program that helped Kentucky school districts reduce energy consumption and lower operating expenses. The program began as a pilot project in 2005 and was expanded in 2009 with funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Administered by KPPC , the KEEPS program served all 174 public school districts in Kentucky until ARRA funding ended on April 30, 2012.
