12 noon - 1:45 p.m. ET
U.S. EPA's ENERGY STAR® scoring system will be expanded on March 21 to score the energy performance of senior care communities on a 100-point scale. Attendees will learn how to enter their data into Portfolio Manager, including creating a free user account, identifying data requirements and managing and sharing information. For those who previously benchmarked their properties as “other”, this webinar will explain how to convert your old benchmark to the new system. The Energy Performance Score serves as a benchmark to compare the energy performance of your senior care property against similar communities nationwide. From a portfolio perspective, Energy Performance Scores provide valuable information for making investments in energy efficiency, developing energy management plans and measuring improvement over time.
