Attendees will learn about the KEEPS Training System, including newly developed materials on how to set a strong foundation for building a sustainable energy management program. The workshop also provides opportunities for school district staff members to develop relationships and network with staff who are interested in energy management from other Kentucky school districts.

District energy managers funded through the School Energy Managers Project (SEMP) are required to attend the workshop in their region. However, participation is open to employees from all Kentucky school districts who are interested in the energy management process.

Attendees will earn six hours of Effective Instructional Leadership Act (EILA) credits by participating in the workshop.


Registration fee is $25 per person. (Payable by Visa, MasterCard, check or purchase order.) All payments must be paid by the workshop date. Please remit check to KPPC, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY 40292, Attn: KEEPS-Fort Mitchell.

Fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and workshop materials.

Workshop check-in and continental breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m., the workshop begins at 9:00 a.m.

To receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee, please contact KPPC at (502) 852-0965 or at least five business days prior to the event. If you prefer to send someone else in your place, there is no additional fee. Please contact us with the alternate's name. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
